Pillsbury "Home is calling" Giveaway

THIS CONTEST IS CLOSED : I am taking no further entries. I will be announcing the winners today!

I am participating in a fabulous new program called MyBlogSpark where I get to try out products, pass on the fabulous information to you - my wonderful readers, and even give YOU a chance to win these great products for yourself.

Today I was so excited to receive a Pillsbury Home is Calling™ gift basket. The basket includes a coupon for Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls, a magnetic coupon holder, a house-shaped mouse pad, pot holders, a cookie sheet, a bread basket and a loveable Pillsbury Doughboy figurine. This little Doughboy is so adorable - I had to PRY it out of my Son's little hands before he could snatch it up for himself...lol

And the best news is that I get to give away THREE of these gift baskets to YOU my lucky readers, and all you have to do is post a comment here and tell me what is your FAVORITE Pillsbury recipe OR tell me a little bit about your favorite part of Family meals. It is THAT easy.

I thought I would share one of MY favorite Pillsbury recipes here with you - using the fabulous crescent rolls that you will receive a coupon for.

  4. my favorite Pillsbury recipe is called ham and broccoli roll, made with the crescents. You take some chopped ham, chop up some broccoli, chop a small onion, add some mustard. Then take the crescent rolls, 2 rolls and lay them in a circle, I find it easier to put a glass in the center of the cookie sheet then put the crescents around the glass. Yeah your making a ring. Put the ham/broccoli mixture in the center of the rolls, bring the top of the crescents over the ham and tuck underneath the bottom. Bake, awesome. If you want exact measurements let me know and I will get the recipe out.

  6. Thanks for visiting my blog today {Craft Addict}...glad to find yours also! So, I was reading this post and was about to go get my cookbook to post my favorite recipe...but I think we have similar taste buds b/c you posted mine! :) Actually, I've never made it with the pimentos or bread crumbs on top...but we do sometimes add brocoli to the mix and make a cheese sauce to go on the outside. These are great! Thanks for the chance to participate and so glad to find another blog to follow! :)

  7. I think my favorite Pillsbury recipe is using crescent rolls for pigs in a blanket. Or maybe their pie crusts for apple pie or lemon mirangue. I better stop there. I have too many favorites!

My favorite time of family meals is just being able to relax and enjoy each other. It's a time to catch up and a time for reflection.

Thanks, too, for stopping by my blog. My big savings came at CVS. Do you have one of those in your area? If not, some of the other drugstore outfits have similar programs. Money Saving Mom at www.moneysavingmom.com has a really good description of CVSing. You should check it out - that way I'm not reinventing the wheel. It takes some practice but it's worth it. I'm also working on couponing, too. I'm having fun and saving money. What more could you ask for?
