  1. Whenever possible, I read to relax. I read only one book last year, so I'm really going to try harder this year!

  2. I spend the last 20 mins of my day relaxing. I make a cup of chamomile tea, turn off the t.v., turn down the lights and just enjoy the piece and quiet!

  3. To relax, I curl up on the couch with a good book, a blanket, and a yummy munchie (preferably something sweet). If I can get complete silence, that makes it even better!

  4. I actually relax by taking a nice long, warm bath. Sometimes with a book, other times with my laptop.

  5. relax?! LOL that's a difficult thing here as you can imagine with my 3 BUT I find my most relaxing moments are the quiet hours after they all go to bed when I can actually clear my mind of the days thoughts and design without interruption..which includes enjoying that "secret stash" of candy :)

  6. The only time I really get to "relax" is when my husband works nights. After he leaves and the kids go to bed I can do WHATEVER I want! Lately, I lay in bed with my iPod and Bible and listen to our pastor's podcast. It gives me a chance to go through the scriptures he mentions and familiarize myself with what's going on in that chapter. The best part is that I can rewind or pause it whenever I need to!

  7. One way I relax is by taking a shower and getting in my nightie and robe, light some candles and read a magazine.....something to snack on is always a nice thing.

  8. Relax....Let me see...I watch my son Robert, who is 4 all day, who is a GREAT little boy! I clean the house, do the laundry, take care of Robert's 3 hamsters, 2 cats & 1 very large dog, Athena. When that's all done, which usually takes all day, I have to get dinner started. Then my husband gets home & he gets to play with Robert, (lucy man!) After dinner, I need to do the dishes, then make my husbands' lunch. Then I give Robert a bath, put him to bed. It's 8 pm by then. That's when I get to relax. OH! I also do nails on Fridays & Saturdays. That is definitely my relaxing time!! I get to have adult conversation!! I love being a mom!!
